We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. All service descriptions, pricing, and availability are subject to change without notice.

Estimates and Pricing

Free estimates provided by UCR Union City Roofing are for informational purposes only. Final pricing may vary based on actual conditions discovered during work, material availability, or changes in project scope.

All prices quoted are valid for 30 days from the date of estimate unless otherwise specified. We will notify you of any price changes before proceeding with work.

Payment Terms

Payment terms will be outlined in your service agreement. We typically require a deposit before starting work, with the balance due upon completion. We accept various payment methods including cash, check, and major credit cards.

Late payments may be subject to interest charges as permitted by California law. You are responsible for any collection costs or legal fees incurred due to non-payment.

Warranties and Guarantees

We stand behind our work with warranties on both labor and materials. Specific warranty terms will be provided in your service agreement and vary depending on the type of service and materials used.

Warranties do not cover damage caused by natural disasters, improper maintenance, or modifications made by others. To maintain your warranty, you must follow all maintenance recommendations provided.

Scheduling and Cancellations

We will make every effort to complete your project within the agreed timeframe. However, weather conditions, material delays, or unforeseen circumstances may affect the schedule.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 48 hours notice. Cancellations with less notice may be subject to a cancellation fee to cover our scheduling and preparation costs.

Property Access and Safety

You agree to provide safe and clear access to all work areas. This includes removing vehicles, patio furniture, and other items that may interfere with our work. Please secure pets during our service visits.

We will take reasonable precautions to protect your property during work, but you are responsible for moving or protecting valuable or fragile items near work areas.

Liability Limitations

UCR Union City Roofing maintains appropriate insurance coverage for our operations. Our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided or repair of damage directly caused by our negligence.

We are not liable for pre-existing conditions, hidden defects discovered during work, or damage caused by circumstances beyond our control such as severe weather or natural disasters.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services will be resolved in the courts of Alameda County, California.

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full effect.
